Senior Cloud Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Software Developer to join our team at Exocad. As a key member of our development team, you will play a crucial role in creating and implementing micro-services that interact with machine learning models, utilizing the latest cloud technologies and working on a modern code base.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop gRPC or REST services for our products, ensuring scalability and reliability.
  • Integrate machine-learning services, leveraging expertise in data storage technologies like Redis and MongoDB.
  • Collaborate closely with front-end and ML teams to drive innovation and deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Manage the lifecycle of backend services, ensuring seamless integration and minimal downtime.
  • Write comprehensive unit tests for services, guaranteeing robustness and reliability.

Required Skills:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
  • 7+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on cloud technologies.
  • Proficiency in C#,.NET Core, and Docker, with experience in cloud platforms like AWS.
  • Strong understanding of data storage technologies, including Redis and MongoDB.
  • Ability to learn script languages quickly and adapt to new technologies.
  • Excellent task management and independent work skills, with a strong focus on delivering results.
  • Fluency in German and/or English, with excellent communication skills.
