Purpose:

At Kraus USA Plumbing LLC, we are in search of a dedicated Operations Coordinator to enhance our team and contribute significantly to our operational excellence. Responsibilities:

  • Order Processing: You will manage the allocation and creation of shipments, ensuring that orders are processed with precision and efficiency.
  • Document Management: You will be responsible for uploading essential documents into our internal database, facilitating easy access and organization.
  • Issue Resolution: You will assess and resolve any discrepancies with problematic orders, ensuring customer satisfaction and prompt solutions.
  • Timely Shipping: You will guarantee that all orders, including dropship and LTL orders, are dispatched promptly to meet customer expectations.
  • Returns and Credits: You will handle returns and process credits for customers, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
  • Partner Portal Oversight: You will oversee partner portals and submit claims as necessary, maintaining robust partnerships and addressing any concerns.
  • Email Correspondence: You will manage and respond to emails promptly, ensuring effective communication and customer satisfaction.
  • Project and Task Management: You will take ownership of and manage multiple projects and tasks concurrently, ensuring timely completion and adherence to deadlines.
  • Workflow Prioritization: You will prioritize tasks to ensure that urgent and time-sensitive requests are addressed promptly.
  • Cross-Functional Support: You will provide assistance to various teams, including Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, and Product Development, fostering collaboration and contributing to the overall success of the organization.
  • Process Enhancement: You will streamline operations and develop or refine existing process documentation, driving efficiency and continuous improvement.
  • System Proficiency: You will demonstrate the ability to navigate and utilize multiple systems and software, adapting swiftly to new technologies and tools.
  • Additional Duties: You will also undertake other responsibilities as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the department and organization.

Education & Experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; College degree preferred.
  • 1+ years of experience in an operations-focused role.
  • Friendly, adaptable, and enjoy collaborating with various departments.
  • Ability to maintain composure and professionalism in high-pressure situations.
  • Effective under pressure and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Availability for off-hours and weekends may be required.
