  • Unterstützung bei der Angebotserstellung
  • Erfassen und Dokumentieren von Kundenanforderungen
  • Erstellung von Detail-Spezifikationen
  • Installation, Konfiguration und Anpassung von Windchill
  • Sicherstellung der Qualität der umgesetzten Lösung
  • Support der Kunden nach Go-Live
  • Fachliche Unterstützung des Berater- und Sales-Teams
Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung in der Einführung von Unternehmenslösungen
  • Kenntnisse gängiger Programmiersprachen und Software-Entwicklungsmethoden
  • Sehr gute Windchill-Kenntnisse – Windchill-Datenmodell, Business Administration und CAD-Data-Management
  • Erfahrung mit Projekten im Fertigungs- oder im Service-Bereich (MPMLink/Service Parts) von Vorteil
  • Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft, Teamfähigkeit und zielorientiertes Denken
  • Gutes analytisches Denken und Kommunikationsstärke
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
