Job Title: Sales Assistant at REWE

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team at REWE. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring the excellent presentation and cleanliness of our Frozen Foods department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Engagement: Implement strategies to engage customers and drive sales in the Frozen Foods department.
  • Product Knowledge: Provide knowledgeable advice and friendly service to customers, ensuring they have a seamless shopping experience.
  • Accuracy and Maintenance: Ensure accurate pricing and product maintenance, guaranteeing a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Commercial Training: Commercial training, preferably in the grocery retail sector, is highly desirable.
  • Product Expertise: Solid product knowledge and a focus on freshness and quality are essential for this role.
  • Customer-Centric: A passion for the retail industry and customer interaction is crucial for success in this position.
  • Team Player: Customer-oriented, good communicator, team player, and responsible individual with a willingness to learn and flexibility in working hours.
