We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Production Associate (m/w/d) to join our team at Piening GmbH, a leading company in the chemical industry. Our client, Akzo Nobel, is a renowned manufacturer of coatings and chemicals, and we are looking for a talented individual to work in their production facility in Hilden.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately and efficiently fill containers with paints, coatings, and other chemical products
• Operate and maintain production equipment and machinery
• Prepare and document production records and reports
• Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure product consistency and safety
• Identify and resolve production issues and anomalies
• Collaborate with colleagues to improve production processes and workflows

Requirements:

• Completed 2-year technical or vocational training in a relevant field, such as chemical processing or laboratory technology
• Alternatively, several years of relevant work experience in a production environment
• Desirable: prior experience in a production setting
• Knowledge and skills in chemical processing and machinery operation
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with production software
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
• Flexibility and willingness to work in a rotating shift schedule
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
