About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at REWE's Bakery Shop. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and promoting our products to drive sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the bakery and sales floor, to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers.
  • Promote our products to customers, highlighting their features and benefits, and making recommendations to drive sales.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and other forms of payment.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and meet customer needs.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a retail or sales environment, preferably in a bakery or food-related industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy when handling cash and credit card transactions.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends.
