Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Verantwortlich für die strategische Ausrichtung der Arenta Personaldienstleistungen GmbH als Teil des Führungsteams.
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung der Produktstrategie und -entwicklung in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem VP Technologie.
  • Erkennung von Zukunftstrends und Festlegung der Weichen für zukünftige Softwarelösungen und Cloud-Strategien.
  • Stetige Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalyse zur Weiterentwicklung des USP der Arenta Personaldienstleistungen GmbH.
  • Führung des standortübergreifenden Produktmanagementteams und enge Zusammenarbeit mit anderen technischen Abteilungen.
  • Beratung und Unterstützung des Führungsteams bei weiteren M&A-Schritten der Gruppe.
Ihr Profil:
  • Fundierte Branchenkenntnisse im Bereich Enterprise Content Management.
  • Ausgeprägte unternehmerische und analytische Denkweise.
  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in einer leitenden Position, idealerweise in der Führung dezentral organisierter Teams.
  • Affinität zum Kundenkontakt und ein Gespür für technologische Trends.
  • Betriebswirtschaftliche und technische Kompetenz sowie Erfahrung in moderner Softwareentwicklung und SaaS-Transformation.
  • Kreativität im Umgang mit neuen Herausforderungen und die Fähigkeit, Teams für neue Lösungsansätze zu begeistern.
  • Verständnis für die Bedeutung der Mitarbeiter als wertvollstes Gut und situative Führungskompetenz.
  • Einblick in den aktuellen Stand der Entwicklungsprozesse durch enge Zusammenarbeit mit Deinen Produktmanagern.
  • Vertrautheit mit modernen Produktentwicklungsmethoden wie "Design Thinking" oder "Value Proposition Design".
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte, organisierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise.
