Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at ONLY Stores. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our store is always well-presented.
Key Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer service and ensure that customers have a positive shopping experience
- Assist customers with purchases and respond to their queries in a professional and courteous manner
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and be able to make recommendations to customers
- Contribute to the visual merchandising of the store and ensure that displays are well-presented and appealing
- Work collaboratively with the store team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
- Previous sales experience in a retail environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High level of product knowledge and ability to make recommendations to customers
- Ability to maintain a high level of customer service standards
