About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Assembly Technician at Rolls-Royce Solutions Willich GmbH. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the assembly and installation of our diesel-dynamic UPS systems and backup power solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of assembly technicians to ensure efficient and high-quality production
  • Participate in project meetings and collaborate with project leaders to ensure successful project delivery
  • Assemble and install system components according to technical specifications
  • Install diesel generators, generators, and switchgear (container and building)
  • Implement piping systems for our installations
Requirements
  • Completed training as a metalworker, machinist, pipefitter, or industrial mechanic with a technical focus
  • Desirable: experience in the described field of activity, welding certificate (WIG)
  • Excellent technical drawing reading and understanding skills
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with excellent German language skills in writing and speaking
  • Customer and service-oriented, with a professional demeanor
  • High team skills, assertiveness, and communication strength
  • Structured, systematic, and engaged working style
