Rovell-Hotels is on the lookout for a skilled Chef de Rang (w/m/d) to enhance our service excellence. We seek an individual who is dedicated to providing exceptional guest experiences and upholding our esteemed service standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Delivering service during half board at buffet and menu settings
  • Executing bar service efficiently
  • Facilitating à la carte dining experiences
  • Crafting cocktails and mixed beverages in accordance with established recipes
  • Independently overseeing a designated service station
  • Managing personal cash transactions with accuracy
  • Providing catering support for conference areas
  • Assisting in the stocking of goods at service counters
Required Qualifications
  • Completed vocational training in the hospitality sector
  • Previous experience in a similar upscale hotel role is advantageous
  • Familiarity with computerized cash register systems is beneficial
  • Goal-oriented and guest-focused approach, with adaptability and resilience
  • Exhibiting a confident, personable, and professional demeanor
  • Service-oriented mindset with a strong emphasis on quality
  • Team-oriented with a genuine passion for guest service
  • Fluency in German; proficiency in additional languages (e.g., English) is a plus
