The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Computer Science or IT Security, coupled with a solid background in Information Security and Risk Management. In this position, you will serve as the primary resource for all information security-related issues within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain an Information Security Management System (ISMS) aligned with international standards.
• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and implement effective security measures to mitigate identified risks.
• Create and manage security documentation, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
• Provide training and guidance to employees on information security best practices.
• Continuously enhance the ISMS to adapt to evolving security challenges.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT Security, or a related field.
• In-depth knowledge of IT Security principles and Risk Management strategies.
• Experience in establishing and managing an ISMS, preferably with ISO/IEC 27001 certification.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Auditor/Implementer are advantageous.
• Strong analytical abilities and excellent communication skills to convey complex concepts effectively.
• Self-motivated, responsible, and capable of working independently.
• Fluency in both German and English is essential.
