Job Opportunity: Research Assistant in Enterprise Software

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled research assistant to join our team at the Technical University of Munich. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting our research group in the development and implementation of enterprise software solutions, with a focus on SAP Cloud and ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and advise professors on the use and customization of SAP S/4HANA systems in teaching and research
  • Plan and conduct training sessions and workshops on SAP S/4HANA
  • Develop curricula to teach the technical and business concepts of ERP solutions, particularly SAP S/4HANA
  • Take on specific SAP S/4HANA-based projects in the university context
  • Teach practical courses on SAP S/4HANA

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or related fields
  • High affinity for technology and interest in staying up-to-date with new technologies and software solutions
  • Desirable: initial knowledge of the SAP environment, particularly SAP S/4HANA
  • Desirable: initial knowledge of integrated business processes and specific functional areas (e.g., finance, controlling, production)
  • Desirable: initial knowledge of SAP Cloud, e.g., S/4HANA Cloud or SAP BTP
  • Strong willingness to work independently and enjoy project organization and management
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills for working in projects
  • Very good German and English language skills (at least C1 level in both languages)
