Security Professional

Apleona is seeking a dedicated and reliable Security Professional to join our team in Leonberg.

In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the safety and security of our operations. Your responsibilities will encompass monitoring security systems, maintaining order on-site, and collaborating with various personnel.

• Your Responsibilities:
• Implement and oversee security protocols within the factory setting.
• Monitor surveillance systems and respond promptly to any alarms or incidents.
• Build positive relationships with construction workers and other on-site personnel.
• Actively participate in daily operations and contribute to a secure work environment.
• Receive comprehensive support from our team for any questions or challenges you may encounter.

Your Qualifications:

• Possess a valid security certificate according to § 34a GewO.
• Hold an IHK Certified Security Specialist qualification or higher.
• Maintain a clear criminal record.
• Demonstrate fluency in German, both written and spoken.
• A First Aid certification is highly desirable.
• Possess a valid driver's license.
• Have basic English language skills; further training opportunities are available.
• Be flexible and willing to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Exhibit a friendly and customer-oriented demeanor.
• Demonstrate strong motivation and teamwork abilities.
• Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office and customer visit management systems.
