Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the Design Organisation's compliance through effective utilization of airworthiness assurance methodologies, including audits, scorecards, and safety incident evaluations.
- Evaluate potential risks identified through the Design Organisation Approval Safety Management System (DOA-SMS).
- Conduct thorough investigations, implement corrective actions, and ensure timely resolution of identified issues.
- Provide expert advice on DOA-related matters within the Design Organisation.
- Assess and monitor suppliers with design responsibilities, supporting the management of Design Organisation Approvals.
Candidate Profile:
- Degree in aerospace engineering or a related field.
- Preferably possesses auditor training.
- Minimum of four years of experience in engineering roles.
- Familiarity with certification standards in both military and civil sectors is essential.
- Experience in auditing is required.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of German is a plus.
