Process Analyst Finance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Analyst Finance to join our international Operational Finance team within our Finance Functional Unit.
About the Role:As a Process Analyst Finance, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and conducting standardized processes for ongoing financial process assessments of our IT platforms.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan and carry out assessments of our IT platforms using project management skills.
- Coordinate the focus of the examination with stakeholders such as Finance, Tech, and Internal Audit.
- Coordinate audit processes under Finance/Accounting relevant aspects, independently performing audit procedures and formulating recommendations for action.
- Prepare an audit report.
- Ensure the implementation of recommendations for action in the processing teams, commissioning IT development, and monitoring the implementation of requirements.
- Drive the development of the Financial Process Assessment area, for example, by developing standard audit catalogs or exchanging information with our Internal Auditing (Bertelsmann).
- You have a degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a comparable education and ideally have first professional experience in the areas of finance, controlling, accounting, as well as data and process analysis.
- You have a process and business understanding and first accounting knowledge is an advantage.
- You are self-initiative, highly motivated, have strong communication skills, are skilled in negotiations, and have assertiveness.
- You communicate confidently in German and English.
