Assistant Retail Store Manager

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to ensure the store meets revenue, KPI, and profitability targets through effective planning and cost control
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction by following PUMA values and service standards, ensuring accurate execution of sales and transactions
  • Support in recruiting, training, and developing a high-performing team
  • Manage loss prevention programs and ensure operational compliance
  • Oversee visual presentation of the store to meet PUMA standards
  • Explore opportunities for growth within Germany and Europe
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of retail experience, preferably in clothing or footwear
  • Passion for the PUMA brand
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to deliver presentations and motivate teams
  • Computer literacy and knowledge of MS-Office
