Position Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Customer Relationship Manager (m/f/d) who will play a pivotal role in executing MAGIX's CRM initiatives aimed at enhancing revenue and profitability through strategic implementation. As a key member of our customer-focused CRM team, you will contribute to the planning and evaluation of multi-channel marketing campaigns (including email, newsfeed, and more) across diverse products and markets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with senior CRM leadership to develop and refine the CRM strategy roadmap.
  • Spearhead initiatives to expand our customer database and work closely with teams such as Martech, Data, and Product Marketing.
  • Identify and lead the rollout of new customer communication channels while enhancing existing ones.
  • Design and execute data-driven customer journeys tailored to various stages of the user lifecycle.
  • Implement A/B testing methodologies in collaboration with the data and martech teams.
  • Conduct comprehensive performance analyses for targeted customer segments and campaigns.
  • Develop and execute personalization strategies for MAGIX within the CRM framework.
  • Ensure timely and relevant messaging to customers across appropriate communication channels.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience with CRM platforms such as Emarsys or Salesforce (experience with CDP is advantageous).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data (knowledge of SQL is a plus) and provide actionable insights.
  • A customer-centric approach with a focus on key business metrics like revenue and profitability.
  • Ability to articulate your strategic vision and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • A proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Strong analytical problem-solving capabilities driven by KPIs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English proficiency is essential; German is a plus).
