Position Overview:

As a key player in the sales department, you will engage with customers to provide expert guidance on our extensive range of vehicles. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring customer satisfaction and enhancing their buying experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales team throughout various stages of customer interaction and the sales cycle with in-depth product knowledge.
  • Conduct test drives with potential buyers to showcase vehicle features and performance.
  • Provide tailored advice to customers, including vehicle configuration options.
  • Address inquiries regarding different models, vehicle functionalities, and equipment operation.
  • Prepare for and execute vehicle deliveries to customers.
  • Design and maintain an appealing sales environment, including vehicle positioning.
  • Deliver exceptional service at the information desk.
  • Plan and offer support during promotional events.

Qualifications:

  • Completed training in a commercial or technical field, or a comparable qualification.
  • Extensive experience in customer-facing roles, preferably within the automotive sector; certification as a vehicle salesperson is a plus.
  • Strong technical aptitude and a deep affinity for automotive products and brands.
  • Proficient in all standard MS Office applications.
