Are you a skilled product designer looking for a new challenge? We are seeking an experienced Industrial Designer to join our team at GULP – experts united in Bremen. As an Industrial Designer, you will be responsible for creating detailed designs of individual parts and assemblies of ship systems, as well as creating installation drawings and other descriptive device documents.

Your tasks:

  • Creation of CAD detailed designs of individual parts and assemblies of ship systems
  • Independent and standard-compliant creation of individual part and group drawings
  • Filing parts lists and materials in SAP
  • Creation of installation drawings and other descriptive device documents, also using Word or Excel
  • Creating and processing change requests in SAP
  • Closing coordination with the main designer and obtaining necessary information from interface partners
  • Acting as an organizing hand when entering supplier documents in SAP

Your profile:

  • Successfully completed training as a product designer
  • Experience in the creation of drawings and other office documents for systems and machine components
  • Experience in obtaining information for interface tasks and appropriate communication
  • Experience in using 3D CAD systems (ideally NX), a PLM or ERP system (SAP), a CAD data management system (TeamCenter) and MS Office
  • Experience in the use of Word and Excel and possibly Corel Draw and Visio
  • Good written and spoken German and usable English skills
  • Structured way of working and high motivation
  • Working time model: 35 hours/week, 40% home office
