Position Summary
We are currently in search of a Senior Product Manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a TS/SCI Security Clearance.
- Be eligible for SOFA accreditation.
- Possess over 8 years of experience in federal consulting roles such as business analyst, team leader, or project manager, specifically in design, user experience (UX), and user interface (UI) projects.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Agile methodologies or Scrum practices.
- Utilize browser Web Developer tools for effective testing and debugging.
- Exhibit strong client service skills and the ability to engage with all management levels.
- Have experience collaborating with Department of Defense (DoD) clients.
- Work effectively with both frontend and backend IT teams.
- Manage large-scale projects and drive business process enhancements.
- Oversee project scope, track task completion, provide status updates, maintain documentation, and project forecasts for team members and stakeholders. Elicit and document requirements, analyze business processes, and support acceptance testing to ensure all functional and non-functional requirements are satisfied.
- Hold a Bachelor's degree with 3 years of relevant specialized experience, or an Associate's degree with 7 years of relevant specialized experience, or a major certification with 7 years of relevant specialized experience, or possess 11 years of relevant specialized experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within a Combatant Command environment.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative team setting.
- Possess a Certified Scrum Master Certification.
- Hold a Project Management Professional Certification.
