Role Overview:

We are seeking a qualified individual to take on the role of Project Manager within our Software Team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the SPS Software project team, managing tasks, resources, and timelines effectively.
  • Ensure project feasibility, adherence to standards, and cost efficiency.
  • Analyze client specifications and assess their feasibility.
  • Develop and outline user concepts and strategies tailored to the project.
  • Maintain high-quality standards in the applications developed.
  • Address discrepancies with clients and finalize requirements.
Qualifications:
  • Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Technology, or equivalent technical training with further qualifications as a technician.
  • Extensive experience in control technology, particularly with SPS systems (Siemens, Beckhoff, etc.).
  • Strong leadership skills and a passion for managing software teams.
  • Proactive approach with a structured and independent work style.
  • Excellent communication abilities and proficiency in English.
