About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Engineer (m/w/d) to join our team as a Construction Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of various construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Management: Lead and manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and within budget.
  • Design and Planning: Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop and implement project designs and plans.
  • Contract Management: Negotiate and manage contracts with contractors, suppliers, and other third-party vendors.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all construction work meets the required standards and quality expectations.
  • Team Management: Supervise and mentor a team of engineers, technicians, and other support staff.

Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management or a related field
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
