Your Responsibilities:- Manage incidents, issues, changes (1st-Level / 2nd-Level) and troubleshooting within the SAP environment.
- Administer SAP user accounts and permissions.
- Conduct monitoring activities to ensure system performance.
- Assist with SAP transports and system copies.
- Oversee external service providers within your area of responsibility.
- Participate in on-call duty as required.
- Completed training as an IT specialist or a comparable qualification.
- Basic knowledge of SAP systems.
- Experience in SAP Basis administration and IT system support.
- Desirable: Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA and SAP Cloud environments (e.g., BTP, Rise with SAP).
- Strong teamwork, social skills, and communication abilities.
