Ihre Aufgaben

  • Organisatorische und administrative Tätigkeiten, wie z.B. Dokumentenmanagement, Befunde, Patientenentlassmanagement
  • Bearbeitung der Aktenpflege
  • Koordination des Bestellwesens

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Kaufmann/-frau (m/w/d) im Gesundheitswesen, kaufmännische/r Bürokaufmann/-frau (m/w/d) oder Medizinische/r Fachangestellte/r (m/w/d)
  • Gute mündliche und schriftliche Ausdrucksfähigkeit
  • Vertraut mit MS-Office-Programmen
  • Grundkenntnisse der medizinischen Dokumentation
  • Kenntnisse in Büro- und Verwaltungsarbeiten, Bürokommunikation
  • Teamfähigkeit und Belastbarkeit
  • Flexibilität und Zuverlässigkeit
