Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant / Business Analyst / Application Manager with a proven track record in the Healthcare IT sector to join our team at Venquis.

Your Role:

  • Conceptualize and implement projects primarily for customers in the healthcare sector, leveraging your expertise in hospital IT landscapes and data exchange formats.
  • Establish and maintain direct customer contact, serving as a key interface between the specialist department and IT.
  • Support acquisition and pre-sales activities, utilizing your analytical skills to drive business growth.
  • Independently prepare offers that meet the needs of our clients, showcasing your ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Assume responsibility in classic and agile projects, demonstrating your capacity for leadership and project management.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and system selection decisions, applying your in-depth knowledge of healthcare IT systems.

Your Background:

  • Hold a degree in business informatics, natural sciences (e.g. Bioinformatics), or a comparable qualification.
  • Bring a minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in the healthcare industry, with a strong understanding of hospital IT landscapes and data exchange formats.
  • Demonstrate strong conceptual, methodical, and analytical skills, with a customer-oriented approach.
  • Show a willingness to travel for project-related purposes.
  • Be fluent in German language (minimum C1 level).
