We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Financial Controller to join our team in Verden, Germany. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for managing our financial operations, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and providing strategic financial guidance to our management team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
- Oversee financial reporting, including balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statements
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures
- Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improvement
Requirements:
- Relevant degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in financial management or accounting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in financial software and systems
