As a Justice Clerk, you will play a vital role in ensuring efficient operations within courts and public prosecutor's offices, focusing on administrative and organizational tasks. You will be an integral part of court proceedings, actively participating in hearings.
Key Responsibilities of a Justice Clerk:
- Documenting proceedings during hearings and interrogations
- Assisting parties involved in legal processes and managing applications
- Publishing court rulings
- Organizing (electronic) files related to judicial matters
- Drafting and authenticating legal documents
Detailed Overview of the Training:
- The state-recognized training program lasts for 2.5 years
- You will gain comprehensive theoretical knowledge through classes at a vocational institution for up to two days each week
- Practical application of your knowledge will occur in various departments of the district court and public prosecutor's office, guided by experienced trainers to prepare you for future challenges
- An intermediate assessment will take place to evaluate your progress, followed by a final written and practical examination to qualify as a Justice Clerk
