The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Management Team Lead to join our team at LucaNet. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the growth and success of our account management team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of Account Managers, providing guidance and support to ensure they achieve their targets and goals.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive customer growth and retention, including up-selling and cross-selling our products and services.
  • Manage the performance of your team through regular feedback, performance reviews, and development plans, fostering an engaging and supportive environment that encourages growth and advancement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, ensuring seamless execution and delivery.
  • Utilize value and consultative selling approaches to understand customer needs and position our solutions effectively, building long-term relationships and driving revenue growth.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in sales leadership, with a strong background in account management and customer success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
  • Experience with SaaS sales and customer relationship management, with a deep understanding of the benefits and value proposition of our solutions.
