Power Plant Operations Specialist

Position Overview:

As a Power Plant Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for the effective management and oversight of energy production facilities. Your role will encompass various tasks aimed at ensuring optimal functionality and safety within the plant.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitoring and Operation: Supervise and control the operations of the power generation facilities to ensure efficient performance.
  • Maintenance Execution: Carry out maintenance and repair tasks in accordance with operational needs to uphold plant reliability.
  • Performance Optimization: Actively seek opportunities to enhance plant efficiency and respond swiftly to any operational disruptions.
  • Shutdown Participation: Engage in scheduled shutdowns and maintenance revisions to maintain the integrity of the plant.
  • Safety Compliance: Adhere to all relevant safety protocols and environmental regulations to ensure a secure working environment.
  • Facility Upkeep: Conduct regular cleaning and maintenance activities to sustain operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications:
  • Completion of vocational training as an electrician, mechanic, mechatronics technician, or a related technical field.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in plant maintenance and operational procedures.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with standard software applications.
  • Demonstrated flexibility, reliability, and a strong collaborative spirit.
  • Willingness to work in rotating shifts and adapt to varying environmental conditions.
  • Proficiency in German or English is essential.
