About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at AppLike Group. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment process for various positions across our different teams and driving initiatives to enhance our employer brand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the recruitment process for multiple positions, ensuring a positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
  • Develop and implement projects related to employer branding to strengthen and develop our company's reputation as an employer of choice.
  • Take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process, from creating job postings to conducting interviews, selecting candidates, and negotiating contracts.
  • Monitor and report on precise talent acquisition metrics, providing regular updates on progress.
  • Support colleagues in all recruitment-related matters, including training and guidance on our applicant tracking system.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve the recruitment process to meet the needs of our organization.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in recruitment for tech and business positions.
  • Strong communication skills and proficiency in English and German.
  • Practical experience in building a strong employer brand.
  • Skilled in active sourcing through various channels.
  • Able to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Experience with an applicant tracking system (ATS), KPI-oriented, and results-driven.
  • Familiarity with social media and networks, and up-to-date on the latest trends in talent attraction.
  • A team player, proactive, and willing to learn something new every day.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace or other mail and collaboration tools.
