Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior Manager Global FP&A (f/m/d) to join our team.
Location: Bad Vilbel | Germany (DE) | Full-time | Permanent | Finance | Professionals
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the FP&A Business Partner for the STADA leadership team across various regions and markets.
- Conduct performance evaluations to uncover actionable insights and implement strategies for improvement, including price and cost optimization initiatives.
- Execute business simulations and scenario analyses to facilitate informed decision-making and evaluate potential risks and opportunities.
- Prepare documentation and perform ad-hoc analyses for leadership teams and functional heads.
- Contribute to the development of financial models to support strategic planning and analyze both internal and external performance metrics.
- Challenge existing processes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of FP&A through automation and innovation.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the business landscape to aid in decision-making and provide valuable insights.
- Conduct market and competitor analyses to identify growth opportunities aligned with strategic objectives.
- Leverage your unique strengths to evolve into an expert role in specific areas such as Cash Flow, Net Working Capital, Capex, or M&A/investment tracking.
- Collaborate closely with Accounting, Tax, Internal Audit, and Treasury departments.
Candidate Profile
- Master's degree in economics with a focus on finance, controlling, or accounting.
- 6-8 years of experience in FP&A or Controlling within a multinational corporation or a consulting firm.
- Experience in Life Sciences, Pharmaceuticals, or Consumer Goods is advantageous, along with exposure to private equity environments.
- Proven experience in engaging with top management in demanding settings.
- Strong business partnering skills with the ability to balance facilitation and challenge effectively.
- Open and transparent communication style with a strong team-oriented mindset.
- Results-driven and solution-oriented approach, complemented by a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
- Fluency in English is required.
