Junior Product Manager

Are you passionate about initiating and managing projects?
As an organized and proactive team member, you will take ownership of your projects, guiding ideas from initial concepts to real-world implementations while collaborating closely with the CEO and the product team.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in shaping our product offerings by engaging with our CEO and product team, participating in discussions with stakeholders and clients.
- Work alongside a diverse team of UI/UX designers, developers, data engineers, and data scientists.
- Contribute to requirement gathering, problem-solving, and project management.
- Lead your own projects.
- Support the Customer Success team in understanding customer challenges and needs directly.
- Assist in the conception and specification of product features.
- Analyze user behavior and competitor products to identify improvement opportunities.
- Help set up and conduct user testing.

- Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in a technical or business-related field.
- Enthusiastic about emerging technologies and software, with a keen eye for detail.
- Enjoy collaborating in interdisciplinary teams (product, finance, design, marketing).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to self-manage and work both independently and collaboratively, fostering a positive team spirit.
- Some programming experience and familiarity with user tracking and analytics systems is advantageous.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies is a plus.
- Prior experience in product management is beneficial.
- Fluency in English and German is required.
- Availability for a minimum of 6 months (at least 4 months).
