Export Shipping Specialist

• Coordinating shipping orders, sourcing and assessing quotes for both domestic and international transport
• Preparing shipping documentation for global parcel and freight dispatch (Land/Air/Sea)
• Generating export paperwork (customs/Chamber of Industry and Commerce) necessary for international commerce
• Drafting documents in accordance with letter of credit stipulations in German and widely used foreign languages, managing communications required by letters of credit
• Calculating freight and logistics expenses for invoice validation and scrutinizing freight and logistics bills

• Completed a 3-year vocational training program, such as a clerk for forwarding and logistics services or a clerk in wholesale and foreign trade, with a focus on international export and logistics
• Several years of pertinent work experience, with advanced expertise in global export, forwarding, and logistics
• Exceptional English proficiency in both written and spoken forms
• Team-oriented, responsible work ethic, strong communication abilities, and adaptability
• Proficient in standard software applications (Microsoft Office)
• Dedication and enthusiasm for professional responsibilities
