This position involves handling and storing pallets, operating forklifts, coordinating team members, and loading/unloading trucks. The ideal candidate has experience with forklifts, a valid license, a willingness to work shifts, and a reliable work ethic. As a key member of our team at persona service AG & Co. KG • Niederlassung: Korbach, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and logistics processes. You will work closely with our team to achieve our goals and contribute to the success of our company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently
  • Coordinate with team members to achieve warehouse and logistics goals
  • Load and unload trucks, and handle and store pallets
  • Participate in training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge
  • Contribute to a positive and productive work environment

Requirements:

  • Experience with forklifts and material handling equipment
  • Valid license and reliable work ethic
  • Ability to work shifts and adapt to changing priorities
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects safely
