About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Security Officer to join our team at POND SECURITY WERKSCHUTZ. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our facility and its occupants.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for visitors, guests, and employees, managing the registration, control, and supervision of visitor traffic at the entrance.
• Conduct regular patrols and status checks to maintain a secure environment.
• In the event of an emergency or security incident, take charge of implementing appropriate measures to prevent harm.
• Conduct metal detector checks on individuals leaving the premises.
• Protect against theft, sabotage, and espionage.
• Manage the reporting and documentation process.

Requirements

• Completion of vocational training in accordance with § 34a GewO (desirable).
• Proficiency in German (written and spoken) at a minimum B1 level.
• Basic knowledge of English.
• A clean police record.
• Excellent communication skills and a professional, friendly demeanor.
• Teamwork skills.
• A valid Class B driving license and access to a personal vehicle (desirable).
• Willingness to work flexible shifts (12-hour shifts).
• First Aid certification.
