We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our commercial team at BAM Nuttall. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing commercial expertise and guidance to ensure the successful delivery of our projects.

• Manage and supervise commercial teams to ensure effective delivery of commercial services
• Provide commercial input and guidance to project managers and other stakeholders
• Develop and implement commercial strategies to optimize project outcomes
• Manage and negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors
• Monitor and report on project costs and financial performance
• Collaborate with project teams to identify and mitigate commercial risks
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

• Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor or in a similar commercial role
• Strong knowledge of commercial contracts and procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Relevant qualifications (Degree, HNC/D)
