Are you a skilled toolmaker looking for a new challenge? Do you have experience in machining operations and a passion for precision? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our dynamic team at designface GmbH, a leading company in the mobility industry.
Your Role and Responsibilities- As a Toolmaker in Aviation, you will be responsible for machining operations on various equipment, including manual lathes, milling machines, surface grinding machines, and 3-axis CNC machines.
- You will work on a variety of projects and tasks to support our production organization, ensuring the precision and quality of our aerospace tooling and components.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address technical issues and contribute to project success.
- Educational background as a toolmaker, fitter, industrial mechanic, cutting machine operator, or similar.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in Toolmaking and Machining required.
- Experience in the aerospace industry or in a prototype environment is beneficial.
- Experience with CNC machining beneficial (Mazatrol SmoothX).
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work with tight deadlines and urgencies.
- Basic English language required; German language is beneficial.
