Hotel Front Desk Coordinator

We are seeking a committed Hotel Front Desk Coordinator to become a part of our team at B&K - BHG GmbH. If you have a strong enthusiasm for the hospitality sector and take pride in delivering outstanding service to guests, this role may be an excellent fit for you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the main point of contact for our diverse clientele
  • Facilitate check-in and check-out processes utilizing our hotel management software
  • Support the seamless operation of shifts, ensuring all necessary tasks and checklists are completed
  • Act as a support for the Front Office Manager
  • Effectively address and resolve guest concerns
  • Assist in training new staff members
  • Provide suggestions to improve guest experiences
  • Oversee reservation inquiries
  • Comply with company standards and protocols
Required Qualifications
  • Prior experience in front desk operations or a similar role
  • Strong communication abilities
  • Capability to collaborate effectively within a team as well as work independently
  • Proficiency in both German and English
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office applications
