As the Director of Building Management, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the operational efficiency of municipal properties in Erding. This leadership position requires a strategic approach to managing a dedicated team focused on maintaining the integrity and cleanliness of public facilities.
Job Title: Director of Building Management (m/f/d) - Full-timeKey Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of staff members, ensuring effective scheduling, performance assessments, and resolution of workplace conflicts.
- Organize and manage the procurement of maintenance equipment, cleaning supplies, and uniforms necessary for facility upkeep.
- Formulate and execute comprehensive cleaning protocols for city-owned properties.
- Liaise with external contractors to facilitate maintenance and cleaning operations.
- Assess staffing requirements based on the scale of properties and workload demands.
- Oversee the management of mechanical and electronic access systems for municipal buildings.
Qualifications:
- Completed training as an Administrative Specialist or an equivalent qualification.
