Assistant Store Manager

About the Role
The Assistant Store Manager is a key member of the Max Mara Fashion Group team, responsible for driving sales and customer satisfaction in our stores. As a seasoned retail professional, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Sales and Customer Satisfaction
- Maximize sales revenue by implementing effective sales strategies and providing excellent customer service
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Lead and Develop a Team
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of sales associates
- Provide coaching and feedback to ensure team members are meeting sales and customer satisfaction targets
- Operational Excellence
- Ensure that all store operations are running smoothly and efficiently
- Monitor and maintain store appearance, including visual merchandising and inventory management
- Business Development
- Identify opportunities to increase sales and customer engagement
- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and improve customer loyalty
Requirements
- Passion for Fashion
- Strong knowledge of the fashion industry and current trends
- Customer-Focused Approach
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to build strong relationships with customers
- Leadership and Team Management
- Proven leadership and team management skills, with experience in a retail environment
- Business Acumen
- Strong business acumen and ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions
