What We Expect from You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager who can lead our international software development projects and drive their success. If you have a strong customer orientation, excellent communication skills, and a passion for innovation, we encourage you to apply.

  • Education: Hold a degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or have equivalent experience and qualifications.
  • Experience: Have at least three years of professional experience as a project manager, with a strong track record of success.
  • Skills: Possess excellent communication and project management skills, with a strong understanding of current industry trends and technologies.
  • Customer Orientation: Demonstrate a strong customer focus and ability to build collaborative relationships with our customers.
  • Team Player: Be a team player with excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for working collaboratively with others.
  • Motivation and Enthusiasm: Show a high level of motivation and enthusiasm for your work, and a willingness to take on new challenges and think outside the box.
  • Language Skills: Have very good written and spoken English skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with our customers and team members.
Your Profile

As a Project Manager at AMERIA, you will be responsible for building collaborative relationships with our customers, identifying their challenges, and developing innovative solution concepts. You will also manage international software development projects, coordinate with our sales, UI/UX design, and development teams, and continuously improve our project processes and methods.

  • Build Collaborative Relationships: Establish strong relationships with our customers and build trust through effective communication and project management.
  • Identify Challenges: Work with our customers to identify their current challenges and develop innovative solution concepts that meet their needs.
  • Manage Projects: Oversee the planning, execution, and controlling of international software development projects, ensuring their successful delivery and timely completion.
  • Coordinate Teams: Work closely with our sales, UI/UX design, and development teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
  • Improve Processes: Continuously improve our project processes and methods, ensuring that they are efficient, effective, and aligned with our company goals.
