The Chairman's Office Europe and North Africa (COE) plays a pivotal role in supporting and coordinating our operational units, research and development centers, and representative offices throughout Europe and North Africa, offering essential corporate functions and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and engage in employment law initiatives, delivering strategic guidance.
  • Oversee labor relations for business units, particularly during periods of organizational change.
  • Assist in various HR initiatives, including organizational restructuring, system transformation, and new project launches.
  • Draft and implement employment policies in collaboration with HR teams.
  • Ensure adherence to processes, projects, and policies while providing follow-up support.
  • Facilitate M&A transactions from planning through execution, including conducting due diligence.
  • Manage global mobility cases and oversee expatriate management.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Human Resources Management, or related fields with a concentration in labor law.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in multinational settings as a Labor/Industrial Relations Specialist or HR Generalist.
  • In-depth knowledge of employment law and social security regulations within Europe.
  • Proficient in data analysis and report generation.
  • Experienced in managing global projects effectively.
  • Fluency in English and German; proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
