Telecommunications Technician at HELDELE GmbH

• Setup, activation, and assistance of Unify systems, including OpenScape Voice
• Implementation and support of software applications such as CTI, ACD, UC, and UCC
• Management of incidents and MAC in a remote setting
• Oversight of documentation management and upkeep
• Engagement in on-call responsibilities

Your qualifications:

• Completed vocational training in the fields of IT and telecommunications
• Experience in the installation and maintenance of Unify systems and associated applications
• Knowledge of LAN, WAN, VoIP, Microsoft, and Linux operating systems, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Certifications in Unify systems are advantageous
• Strong customer service orientation, exceptional communication abilities, and teamwork skills
• Valid driver's license (Class B)
