About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Engineer to join our team at OEDIV. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our internal applications and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop centralized internal applications for monitoring, alerting, and reporting
  • Provide expert advice on the use of managed tools to support business objectives
  • Participate in user meetings for the applications you support and lead the planning, creation, and delivery of user and key user training
  • Work on projects using agile methodologies and lead them
  • Collaborate with external service providers, particularly the manufacturer's support team
Requirements
  • Hold a degree in Computer Science or a related field, including relevant professional experience in the introduction, operation, and development of internal applications
  • Bring experience in administering monitoring and event handling solutions like CheckMK or Omnibus Event Console
  • Knowledge and experience of processes in the context of a professional IT service (ITIL) are desirable
  • Be a goal-oriented and self-responsible worker with a high service orientation, team player mentality, and enjoyment of shaping the OEDIV culture
