Product Management Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to join our PST product management team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving strategic business growth and profitability through effective product development and launch strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement product portfolio strategies with clear product line definitions and value propositions.
- Capture regional market requirements and reflect them in product life cycle management.
- Lead new product development or existing product enhancement projects with solid market input and business cases.
- Improve product profitability and develop new verticals for existing products.
Pricing Strategy:
- Prepare price setting and price books aligned with product positioning strategies.
- Track and analyze selling price trends to identify root causes.
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand market requirements and deliver efficient support.
Business Support:
- Develop deep understanding of applications in target verticals from a product perspective.
- Enhance product and application knowledge through training and developing training materials.
- Provide regular sales support and application engineering support.
Marketing Activities:
- Participate in local technical associations.
- Understand local approvals and regulatory requirements.
- Lead product launching activities with Marcom.
- Support and collaborate on marketing materials and events.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, with a preferred master's degree or 3 years of product management experience.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships and present technical information to diverse audiences.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to capture market requirements and stay sensitive to market trends.
- Self-motivated and result-driven, with a strong willingness to develop a product management and marketing career.
- English skills for working communication.
- Interest in exploring new areas.
