Your responsibilities include:
  • Overseeing escalated customer issues: Take charge of complex customer concerns that have been elevated beyond the initial support level, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
  • Coordinating with various teams: Collaborate closely with regional teams and manufacturing units to prioritize orders based on established guidelines.
  • Analyzing escalation trends: Monitor and evaluate patterns in escalations to uncover root causes and recurring issues.
  • Enhancing processes: Design and implement strategies to improve escalation management and minimize future challenges.
  • Developing an escalation ticketing system: Create and deploy a system to efficiently manage and resolve issues, ensuring prompt responses to critical situations.
  • Reporting and data analysis: Prepare and deliver regular reports and analyses as needed.
Your qualifications.
  • A completed bachelor's or master's degree in business administration or a related discipline.
  • At least 3 years of demonstrated experience in order management, escalation management, or customer service.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in ERP and CRM systems.
  • Advanced skills in Excel, including functions, pivot tables, and data visualization; familiarity with Power BI is advantageous.
  • Experience in data analysis, with the ability to extract actionable insights from complex datasets.
  • Extensive experience in managing tools, including workflows and ticketing systems.
  • Fluency in English and German is essential.
