Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled MDM Consultant to join our team at Cluster Reply. As an MDM Consultant, you will be responsible for configuring and managing Windows 10/11 Autopilot enrollments using Intune.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and manage Windows 10/11 Autopilot enrollments using Intune
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Level 3 (L3) issues related to Autopilot enrollments
  • Utilize excellent communication skills to provide solutions to customers
  • Apply MEM knowledge to configure Co-Management and related processes
  • Gather extensive experience in a fast-paced environment with high workload and support colleagues in their daily tasks
  • Work in a hybrid environment with a mix of remote working, office time, and on-site work with customers
  • Participate in innovative and diverse projects across various industries and locations in Germany
  • Contribute to a strong team spirit with flat hierarchies and a personal, family-like, and respectful atmosphere
  • Stay up-to-date with external and internal training opportunities and certifications
  • Hold a successful degree in a field related to IT
  • Ideally, have extensive experience with MEM and Intune configurations
  • Bring practical experience with Autopilot Enrollment configuration and rollout
  • Knowledge of building and configuring MEM environments, designing and testing policies with Intune (e.g., with AutoPilot configurations) is an advantage
  • Our experts (m/w/d) appreciate a positive and structured approach
  • Good communication skills in German and English are a must
