Key Responsibilities:

  • Enhance operational resilience by participating in emergency and crisis preparedness initiatives.
  • Assess vulnerabilities and propose suitable solutions while maintaining compliance with established standards.
  • Facilitate risk management efforts in collaboration with local management and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure that assigned locations adhere to Amazon's comprehensive security protocols.

Role Insights:

As a Damage Prevention Specialist, you will collaborate with a team of security professionals to deliver safety services to business clients across designated regions. Your responsibilities will include preserving the physical integrity of our facilities, overseeing system performance, liaising with specialists and vendors, and implementing prevention strategies for various teams.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Relevant education or experience in security or risk management.
  • Proficiency in the MS-Office suite within a professional context.
  • Fluency in German and intermediate English language skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Relevant degree, certification, or industry-recognized qualification.
  • Experience with physical security systems and investigative methodologies.
  • Background in retail, warehousing, distribution, delivery services, or supply chain management.
  • Data analysis skills and a valid driver's license.
