As a Digital Strategy & Competitive Intelligence Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the future of Smart Buildings at Johnson Controls. Our cutting-edge digital solutions, OpenBlue, offer a unique opportunity to drive growth and expansion in the market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead competitor and market-wide analyses to derive actionable insights.
  • Support strategic processes improvement and coordinate selected strategic initiatives.
  • Manage relationships with external research firms and review market reports to stay up-to-date with industry trends.
  • Develop and implement competitive intelligence strategies to drive business growth.
Requirements:
  • Master's Degree in Business, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment, such as top management consulting, corporate strategy, or high-growth startups.
  • Strong analytical skills, business acumen, and technical affinity in the areas of smart buildings or digital solutions.
  • Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of other languages is a plus.
