Job Title: Manager International Transaction Tax

Job Summary: Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Manager im Bereich International Transaction Tax, der unsere nationalen und internationalen Mandanten bei der steuerlichen Optimierung von Unternehmenstransaktionen unterstützt.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Beratung nationaler und internationaler Mandanten in allen Steuerfragen bei Unternehmenstransaktionen, Due Diligence und Übernahmestrukturierung.
  • Identifizierung ertragsteuerlicher Optimierungspotenziale für internationale Mandanten und Erarbeitung von Lösungen unter Berücksichtigung steuerrechtlicher und betriebswirtschaftlicher Aspekte.
  • Steuerliche Betreuung von Projekten wie Kauf und Verkauf von Unternehmen oder Unternehmensteilen, Börsengängen, Carve Outs, Joint Ventures, Fusionen und Reorganisationen.
  • Mandats-, Projekt- und Teamverantwortung sowie enge Einbindung in die Geschäftsentwicklung.
Requirements:
  • (Senior) Manager (w/m/d) im Bereich International Transaction Tax mit erfolgreich abgeschlossenem Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Rechtswissenschaften oder Diplom-Finanzwirt(in) und erfolgreich abgelegtem Steuerberaterexamen.
  • Mindestens vier Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung.
  • Sehr gute MS Office- sowie Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
